Office Coordinator - Jhandewalan (Male)

About the Role:
We are looking for a mature, organized, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team at their Jhandewalan, New Delhi location. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of their office, providing valuable administrative support to the team, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.


- Administrative Support:

    - Process expense reports and invoicing.
    - Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
    - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    - Liaise with vendors and service providers.

- Communication & Reception:

    - Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
    - Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
    - Provide general information and assistance to employees and visitors.

- Office Management:

    - Maintain efficient filing systems for physical and digital documents.
    - Oversee office cleanliness and upkeep.
    - Monitor office equipment and report any maintenance issues.
    - Contribute to the implementation of new office procedures and policies.


- Minimum graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 4-6 years of experience working as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and visitors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Experience with calendar and booking management tools preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Positive and professional attitude with a focus on customer service.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the similar role.
