Job Description:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's goals and values.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.

• Oversee employee performance evaluations and career development plans.

• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.

• Maintain HRIS and other databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with management to develop and execute HR strategies.

• Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support.

• Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.

• Drive employee engagement and retention efforts to create a positive work culture.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR.
