Job Description:
- Lead and direct technical and administrative project team.
- Mange changes to scope, cost, and schedule of project work.
- Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects.
- Coordinate and planning with client for progress and resources.
- Execute and monitor project activities.
- Prepare and Update project plans and status reports.
- Allocate appropriate resource to ensure projects and completed within given time and budget.
- Report status, develop project – related documentation and implement lessons learned.
- Involved in Vendor Handling.
- Liaising with the client and other construction professionals.
- Coordination with Client and submitting daily update report.
- Management on cash flow for assign projects.
- Submissions of Progress report to senior at end of the day.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM
Salary Bracket: 50K to 65K p.m. (No Bar, Depending upon experience / Based on Interview)
