Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities:
• Drive the Education and Development pillar under TPM
• Making JD, resume screening, Talent Acquisition
• Hiring, onboarding, and induction of Operation Agents
• HR MIS / Talent Centre update MIS report generation
• Keep thriving High-Performance Organization culture leveraging on company HR processes and systems.
• Build strong employee connect and leadership connections and have a bridge of trust with management and the workforce, via various channels of communication and engagement
• Drive Employee Engagement to ensure employees are aligned with company /plant objectives, upholding high morale and leadership connect with the workforce
• Passionately work for employee grievance redresses and ensure seamless flow of benefits as per welfare schemes of the company.
• Proactively advise management on the amendment and its implication on plant operation under these statutes
• Will be face of the recruitment department. Will get the opportunity to handle a team of recruiters.
• Coordinate and conduct campus hiring, and off-campus recruitment onboarding process.

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Bracket (Min-Max): 25-40K (Above, We are Open to Negotiate further)
