Position: Head of Training / Hospitality (Hospitality Trainer)
Education Separate :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Behavioral Psychology, Human Resources/Management or similar preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in training with extensive hospitality experience, strong customer service background, and knowledgeable in all areas of operations
- Healthcare/ hospital experience not a pre-requisite

- To help design and deliver training content to ensure brand building and service standardization across all centers.
- To identify need for outsourced or outbound training sessions; identify and coordinate with agencies providing such sessions
- To utilize the training budget and provide effective induction and orientation to all employees by tailoring sessions, if required.
Job Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced training and development manager for its flagship state of the art maternity hospital in South Delhi. Your role would be to devise organizational happiness strategy,training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.
