Executive - Admin-cum-Front Desk
Location: Gujranwala Town, New Delhi – 110009 (near Model Town Metro Station)
Job Description: Performing Reception, Secretarial and General Office Admin Functions:

Handling phone calls & Coordinating through emails;
-
Taking notes and drafting letters;
-
Making travel arrangements, Booking Air tickets, Hotel stay, Taxi, etc;
-
Fixing meetings;
-
HR functions: Engaging with HR consultants, Managing CV’s, Coordinating & conducting interviews;
-
Internet research & Handling adhoc information requests;
-
Maintaining records and files;
-
Paying salaries to employees;
-
Maintenance of Office Equipments & Systems;
-
Outdoor tasks (Occasional): Going to offices and getting things done;

etc.
** The role includes a special assignment with regard to the “French & American Baking School” division of the company which would involve doing research on the baking ingredients/meeting dealers.
Requirements:
Any Graduate with 0-3 yrs of experience (Final year students can apply), Good English, Good Communication skills, Multi-tasking ability (v.imp), Good Computer & Internet skills, Enthusiastic, Less than 30 years, Female preferred.
Salary: Rs. 15,000 to 18,000 p.m.
