HR Executive (Female)

Minimum Qualification: MBA - HR

Experience: 1-2 years

Job Location: Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi.

Industry Type: Publishing / BPO.

Desired Candidate Skills:
- Should have worked in similar profile earlier;
- Should have excellent knowledge of Labour Laws, PF and other statutory employee benefits;
- Should have the ability to define job descriptions; and organize interviews;
- Must be able to independently manage the logs of attendance, leaves, employee files, and all similar employee records;
- Must have pleasing personality;
- Must be a team player with an ability to effectively communicate with people at all level within an ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels within the organization;
- Must have excellent written and spoken English.

Job Description:
- Attendance Log (Leaves, Late coming, overtime etc.)
- Reports to accounts for salary computation;
- Maintain employee files;
- Induction of new joiners;
- Schedule interviews;
- Organize Employee Welfare Activities.

Salary Package (offered): 12K to 15K

Shift Timing : Day Shift

Age limit : Should be 25+
