Qualifications:

Exposure:

§  BHM graduate

§  2 - 5 years of experience in handling F&B units

§  Retail or related industry exposure

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

Ø  Maximize cafe performance and drive profits

Ø  Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across team

Ø  Develop marketing & promotion ideas to increase walk-ins & sales

Ø  Control & track Inventory

Store Maintenance:

Ø  Asset & Equipment maintenance

Ø  Supervise Cash control

Ø  Maintain store Petty cash

Ø  Upkeep of facility as a hygienic and safe place

Ø  Taking daily stock reports, sales reports & Wastage reports

Ø  Ensure low levels of stock wastage

Personnel Management:

Ø  Schedule & depute staff on workstations

Ø  Drive team performance and strive to increase efficiency

Ø  Deal with staffing issues, grievance handling

Ø  Interview potential team members & forward to HR

Ø  Initiate, oversee Training & Development activities for subordinates

Ø  Ensure smooth support functions and further integration

Ø  Resolve legal issues and follow protocol for escalation

Authority

§  Issue C&C to subordinates

§  Termination of team members

§  Approve requisition of transfer along with Area manager

§  Confirmation / elevation of team members
