The key KRA here would be

•  Lead overall IT vision and implementation, for the entire business?

•  Hire and manage in-house as well as outsourced teams?

•  Build scalable B2B & B2C portals?

•  Technology includes portals supporting LARGE user base, highly optimized searches, workflows, analytics, e-learning, payments, social media integration, etc.

• Member of the core business team along with founders?

•  Responsible for pimping up the said Company and taking it to a level only imagined by few.

 

Age Limit: Preferred upto 40 years

 

Salary Package (offered): As per industry standards. Negotiable. Open to sharing equity as well

 

Shift Timings: 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm
