We have required Candidates for ‘Personal Secretary’ profile for one of our Client Company which is basically service industry. The client company is a Security Agency which provide Security Services to Companies.
The Job profile details are mentioned as below:
1. Must have handling experience as a personal secretary.
2. Co-ordinate and arrange activities according to the Director's office.
3. Appraise the Director of the day to day activities of the section.
4. Arrange appointments and meetings for the Director, recording same in diary and ensure the Director has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.
5. Prepare replies to routine correspondence for Director's signature.
6. Take dictation of correspondence as required - Maintain a filing and trace system.
7. Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
Candidate’s Desired Profile
1. Knowledge of shorthand & Typing.
2. Well versed in computer(Knowledge of MS Office) & record keeping.
3. well versed in stenography.
4. Pleasant Personality.
5. Excellent Communication Skills.
Job Location: Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi.
Qualification: Graduate (Minimum)
Experience: 1 to 2 yrs in Secaterial work
Shift Timing: General
